– a performance about vocal identities in digital environments

Conceived to the programme of “OUR BODY ELECTRIC” for the installation space created by Viron Erol Vert at Roskilde Festival. It is a site-specific performance dealing with the exploration of new-age intimacy, connection through data, trans-humanism, development as human being through machines. A live performance solo set with voice + machines, investigating the questions of how far can a digitally manipulated human voice go into a digital environment and still bear a human expression. Furthermore, by manipulating our body sounds / voice, one can try out new “identities” and question the pre-concepted structures of how we perceive “humanly”.
